Fresh Starts is an award-winning community garden in the JeffVanderLou neighborhood founded and run by the dynamic Rosie Willis. We maintain 20 garden beds at Fresh Starts, sourcing hyper-local, fresh produce for our nonprofit community partners. Food grown is distributed to the community through Lifewise STL and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Food Pantry. We host volunteer groups of up to 12 people at Fresh Starts Community Garden on Friday mornings from 9 am-11 am between April - October. We will start the volunteer event by providing your group with a brief tour of the farm, then will lead you in farm tasks that need to be accomplished that day.
