Mental Health First Aid gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use challenge and help connect them to the appropriate care. The Youth Mental Health First Aid course is for anyone who works with or have youth in their life. It is not designed for youth to take under the age of 16.
