This year’s Region IV Section 69 Conference will be hosted by the Pi Epsilon Chapter at Alabama A&M University. The date of the conference will be March 22-24, 2013. The theme for this year will be S.O.S. (“Scouts of Service”). Early Bird Registration will begin Friday, February 15th and will go until Tuesday, March 12th. Early Bird Registration fee will be $50 per brother attending. Each chapter/brother attending must fill out and send in the registration form and a money order. If chapters or individual brothers cannot pay this fee by the deadline, a late registration fee of $60 can be paid upon arrival to the conference. All late registration dues must be paid in either cash or check.
The host hotel will be the Holiday Inn Downtown. Room rates go for $89 per night for 2 people per room. The address is 401 Williams Avenue Huntsville, AL 35801, and the phone number for registration is: 256-533-1400. When making your registration please say the discount keyword: Alpha Phi Omega.
This year will also include a special treat event for those attending. It will also be the Re-chartering for the Pi Epsilon Chapter, so brothers are greatly encouraged to attend.
