This is from Marcus Hart: "Hello Brothers, This year’s Region IV Section 69 Conference will be hosted by the Pi Epsilon Chapter at Alabama A&M University. The date of the conference will be March 22-24, 2013. The theme for this year will be S.O.S. (“Scouts of Service”). Early Bird Registration will begin Friday, February 15th and will go until Tuesday, March 12th. Early Bird Registration fee will be $50 per brother attending. Each chapter/brother attending must fill out and send in the registration form and a money order.
