Project Literacy is partnering with CJAA and the Jackson Center to transcribe oral histories in honor of Black History month. The Jackson Center is a community center which works to advocate for and preserve the histories of the historically Black neighborhoods in Chapel Hill. Project Literacy members can sign up for shifts from one hour to all three to transcribe. Members of Project Literacy (Anna and Christine) will give a tutorial at the beginning of each shift!
