It is super important that you don't just stand in a circle and talk to your fellow rushees. Yeah, be social. That's great. But also make sure that you're doing the service! Pick up the stuff in the plex if you're the first shift, and just switch off in the pit after that! Once you're done, take the signs back down to the plex.
