Please drink water a couple of days prior to donating. Aspirin is not allowed for 48 hours prior and Advil is not allowed for 12 hours before donating. If you have visited a malaria risk country in the past year, you are not allowed to donate. Medications are on an individual basis. Please call 919-966-2370 to have a private conversation with one of our nurses if you have questions about something they are currently taking. You must be 110lbs. Feel free to bring books/laptops or watch a movie for the 2-hour donation!
