Football concessions are a vital part of APO fundraising, so please volunteer if you are available!! Parking will be at Craige deck and parking passes should be ready for pick up Tuesday afternoon. Let me know if this is something you need. Check-in will be at Gate 6 behind the emergency room. Please try to check the whole group in at 1 time. Check-in will open at 3:30 pm and close at 5:00 pm. Please note that this is an 8 pm game. All volunteers can bring a water bottle or a cup with a lid for refillable fountain drinks. The attire should be an APO shirt; black or khaki bottoms and sneakers. NO CROCS. You will need to wear a hat or hair net (provided). Once at your stand count all inventory on your stand sheet and wipe down the countertops inside and out. Next, fill any ice needed and ice down your waters. Then set up all other stations and be ready to operate at 6:30 pm when the gates open. Everyone is required to work at least one stand, so please keep this in mind!!
