The Friends of Chapel Hill Public Library are popping up this fall with three special weekend book sales, followed by a one-day bag sale. We need volunteers - vaccinated only please! - to help setup for each sale. Reference the Friends website at friendschpl.org for more detail on the sales and safety protocols. Volunteer tasks include moving boxes of books, arranging books on tables, and packing up at the end of the sale. Some tasks require moderate physical activity (bending, stretching, lifting); others are more demanding. Let us know if you can lift 40 pound boxes. Please bring your own water bottle. Packaged snacks will be available. Thank you!
