General Information: - Must wear khaki or black shorts/pants. Avoid denim bottoms and leggings. We are trying to look semi-professional. - If you have long hair, it must be hair pulled back. If you have a ponytail longer than 12 inches, it must be in a bun. - MUST wear closed-toed shoes. - NO Jewelry! Small stud earrings can be worn and basic necklaces can be tucked under t-shirts; however, avoid if possible. Aramark has a staff member checking to make sure we are in compliance with these rules! Game Day: - APO is in charge of Stand 109, which is just inside main Gate 2 (behind the SRC) - Gates close to volunteers 2 hours before kickoff so arrive 2 hr 15 min early or at the time designated on APO online. You will not be let in if you are late! - Check-in at the table just inside gate 6. Bags will be checked upon entrance to the stadium. Sealed water bottles are allowed in the stadium. - Make your way to Stand 109 - Officers will be setting up the stand and taking inventory. Sign-up with an officer, wash your hands, and you will be assigned a job. - Have FUN! Shift 2 must follow everything above except check-in procedure. Volunteers for shift 2 must enter with general attendance with one card and then make way to stand 109. You will be receiving an email about the required forms no later than Thursday at midnight.
