This is our annual resident & staff Halloween Party/Costume Contest! We need help with: · Setting up the room and decorating · Serving refreshments · Helping people find a seat · Engaging with residents during the party · Cleaning up afterwards Also, some more info about the event: The end times for volunteers may vary a bit based on how long residents stay, etc. We would love for volunteers to stay until the event is over to assist with clean up if at all possible. Here are directions for where to go on campus! Please do not use GPS, it will literally take you to the woods. Volunteers will meet me in Building 4 (The Health Center.) Here are directions for how to get there: The address for Carol Woods is 750 Weaver Dairy Road, Chapel Hill. When you pull into campus you will take your first right and go down a slight hill through one stop sign. Continue straight and look for a sign on the left side of the road that points to the Health Center. Turn left into the parking lot and park in any available spot. I will be inside the front doors by our communications desk to meet you. Also, for the boo bash siblings are encouraged to dress up in a Halloween costume (as long as it is appropriate, i.e. "something you would wear in front of your grandmother").
