Help the rushees make posters for our Bake Sales on Fri. and Sat. night that will benefit the TABLE 5K. You don't have to make a poster, but you are responsible for giving the rushees materials, and for making sure they are putting the right stuff on the posters. Here is what needs to be on the posters and the break down of who makes what. The 6-7pm and 7-8pm shifts will make posters for the Friday bake sale, and the 8-9pm and 9-10pm shifts will make the Saturday bake sale posters. On the posters make sure to include the dates: (9/9 9:00pm-1am for the Fri. bake sale, and 9/10 9:00pm-1am for the Sat. bake sale.) Make sure to include our name ( Alpha Phi Omega ) and that the proceeds will benefit our 5K for TABLE, a local organization that feeds children in the Chapel Hill and Carrboro areas. They are required to make at least one poster. Please let them know that you are there to help them and answer their questions.
