What's better than hanging out with mems from other chapters? Incorporating leadership into it! Launch is the introductory course of LEADS, APO's leadership development program. This will be a long day but will be well worth it when you come out knowing a lot of important info you can apply while in APO and in future careers! Launch is a prerequisite for Explore and Achieve, the other two courses being offered over the weekend! Attend this one if you'd prefer an in person session rather than an online webinar.
