Clean Up Kenan with ROTC

Date: Nov 15, 2015 at 8:00am to 3:00pm
The ROTC needs our help! NROTC raises revenue by cleaning Kenan Stadium after the football games, and we have since at least the 1970s. The contract specifies 50 people are required to clean the stadium, and if the NROTC cannot provide the full 50 then we subcontract the Army and Air Force ROTC units. Here’s the problem: even with subcontracting with Army and Air Force ROTCs, we’re still still short on our number by 10 people. That’s where we’d like you guys to come in. We’re offering $80 per person to clean the stadium this Sunday, 15 November, from 8am to about 3pm, for a total of 10 people. This would give your club a total of $800 of revenue for about 7 hours of work. We’ll also sign off on any community service hours your members would like to claim. The actual work is simple, mostly picking up recyclables and trash (while wearing gloves of course). Wear clothes appropriate for the weather and that you don't mind getting a little dirty. Layers are suggested. Also, bring your iPod and headphones to listen to music while cleaning. They need a number by Wednesday morning, so please please please sign up ASAP! And no dropping after you commit yourself.
