The Community Empowerment Fund (CEF) is a student-powered non-profit organization focused on enabling and sustaining transitions out of homelessness and poverty. This event involves painting piggy banks for CEF's holiday fundraising. How fun! Make them pretty, because they will be sold for $10 to raise money for CEF.
