The CROP Hunger Walk raises money to provide food and water, as well as resources that empower people to meet their own needs. The three route options include a 4 mile walk, 2 mile walk, or .8 mile fun run. There will be an orientation at 1:45pm by a Carrboro Police Officer so be on time. You will pick up a vest and sign, get assignment and leave to go to work site. Your shift will be over when the last walker (volunteer) comes along the route to say you can leave.It would be really helpful is someone was willing to drive other volunteers to streets on the route that are farther away. Please comment if you would be willing to do this.
