Wear whatever you want and arrive at the Dean Dome at 7:30 and enter through Gate B. Normally there are 40 people on a clean up crew, but with all of your generous help we have 77 volunteers. You should be able to receive a free drink and food coupon when signing in at Gate B if you arrive between 7:15-7:45, but I am not positive since we have more than the normal 40 coming. I will ask the staff person I have been in contact with if he can provide that for all 77 of us. After signing in just hang out and watch the game until it ends. Then when the game ends report to section 112 for a brief meeting where Dean Dome staff where they will tell us what to do. Make sure that you sign in with the staff member at section 112. Since we have more than 40 volunteers, I am not sure if he will have all of us sign in or not, but please check just to make sure. It should take us about 2 hours or probably less to get everything cleaned up. This next part is SUPER important: YOU MUST SIGN OUT before you leave otherwise we will not receive the full $25 that you have earned from working. Relay For Life will earn $1000 on Sunday as long as everyone arrives on time and signs out after we are done. If you need to leave early then sign out when you leave, but please stay until we are done if at all possible. With a group this big, it will hopefully not take any longer than 2 hours. If you are already at the game watching it then just meet us at section 112 right after the game ends. You can get a free drink and food coupon if you want at Gate B.
