Join PORCH in receiving, weighing, and organizing non-perishable food donations from their monthly neighborhood food drive partners! This program serves families with children in Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools that are experiencing food insecurity. Volunteers will: -Greet and check in Neighborhood Coordinators as they arrive with food donations -Weigh and record food donations -Direct Neighborhood Coordinators to materials table -Set donations up for sorting/stocking volunteers **Closed-toed shoes are required. Please dress in clothing you feel comfortable moving around in. Please bring your own water.
