Professor Cassandra R. Davis will lead a panel discussion on feminism, resilience, and community care following environmental disruptions. The research team will also showcase visual artifacts from our most recent trip to Ironton, LA – a community that has been ravaged by Hurricanes Ida (2021) and Katrina (2005). Pictures will hang in the Stone Center’s hallway and help guide conversations around justice and disasters.
