Y'all. CEF is asking us to volunteer for them by crafting. Seriously. For those who are unfamiliar, the Community Empowerment Fund (CEF) works with people in homelessness or on the brink of it to help them get in control of their finances and help them pull themselves off the edge of that particular cliff. It's actually really amazing work. So they have this upcoming project where they are decorating pennies to make earrings to sell. If you are artistically inclined, you should definitely holla at this. If you aren't, you can help with the packaging! Just come out and play with crafts for 3 hours for some service. It's like pinterest for APO credit.
