Enchanted Makeovers has been making Capes for Kids after the Founder watched the Oprah Winfrey Show in 2010 where the topic was about women who have lived through terrifying sexual abuse, mental abuse, family addiction and homeless came up. She wanted to make a difference in their lives. The idea of “Capes for Kids” comes from the notion of children wanting to play dress up; however there are children who also love to play the Superhero.
