Join Habitat as they partner with the City of San Jose and Home First Services to build Emergency Sleeping Cabins for local homeless residents. Bridge Housing Communities will provide an interim housing option that provides adult individuals with a safe, private and secure community to build their civic engagement and self-sufficiency skills while searching for permanent housing. Wear work clothes and sturdy, close-toed shoes. Bring a lunch and/or snacks and a refillable water bottle. Any necessary tools, safety equipment, and training are provided on your volunteer day.
