Did you know that CSUEB has a food pantry located on campus at the health center?? This pantry is part of Pioneers for H.O.P.E (Helping Our Pioneers Excel), an intervention program designed to help serve some of our most-at risk students facing homelessness, food insecurity, and other various crisis situations. They provide students with meals, temporary housing assistance, emergency funds and referrals to resources that correlate to student success, health and wellness. * We'll be helping our pantry by donating: non perishable foods and snacks, gently-used or new clothing (career/interview clothing is especially needed), and toiletries. * ** All donations are DUE by the end of the Active Meeting on Oct 1st. ** _______________________________________________ 1 service hr = 1 full, standard-size grocery bag; 3hrs MAX _______________________________________________
