Omicron Zeta will be collaborating with Oakland School Volunteers in re-vamping Madison Park Library. This project is to assist in reopening closed Oakland libraries and they need our support in moving textbooks onto shelves to make room for library materials, cleaning, lifting, and so much more! Studies have shown children's literacy rates increase when they are exposed to more reading resources. Because there are many closed libraries in Oakland, this service project is to help re-open them so children can gain more access. We need AT LEAST 14 Ozzies to come out and help volunteer! This is a great way to give back to this community :) In case anyone needs a ride, then please meet at Parking Lot D (Behind the RAW) with $5 for your driver at 1:15pm and we'll leave by 1:30pm to get there on time!
