Join us for a morning of habitat restoration! Your work will help increase native plant diversity and improve food and shelter for wildlife. Our work entails removing competing plants from basins of native trees and shrubs, removing invasive plants throughout the site, and sheet mulching as needed. We may plant native shrubs, collect trash, and repair, remove, or expand browse protection cages. No experience is necessary. A habitat steward will guide you through the projects along Sabercat Creek in Sabercat Historical Park. Bring your friends, family and a refillable water bottle. Tools, water and snacks will be provided.
