Christmas just wouldn't be the same without The Salvation Army's red kettles and bell-ringers! We invite you to help make the holidays a little happier for people in need by bell-ringing for us. All you need is a smile and enthusiasm for ringing a bell next to a Salvation Army red kettle outside of a store in our area. The friendlier and more outgoing you are, the more money we will be blessed with, enabling The Salvation Army to help more residents who need food and other basic assistance throughout the year. Bell-ringing is a great way to give for you, but the money you will raise for The Salvation Army is a lifeline for the people who benefit from The Salvation Army's assistance. The Salvation Army, one of the largest social service organizations in the world, has used the red kettles to raise money to fund its work for people in need since 1891. The Salvation Army in Hayward raises nearly 40 percent of its annual budget through the holiday red kettles. **MIN 2 PEOPLE PER SHIFT**
