Arrival Time: All volunteers are asked to arrive at the University Gymnasium on Saturday, February 13th at 7:30 a.m. Please try and come early so you can park in Lot A which is directly in front of the gym. Attire: Volunteers are asked to wear a CSUEB shirt, or red shirt or black shirt with black/khaki pants or jeans. (Please remember you will be representing CSUEB so dress appropriately.) I would suggest that you wear a jacket, bring scarves & gloves, because a lot of your activities will be outside. Personal Items: Please note to keep your personal items to a minimum, as there will be no place to store these items (i.e. purses/backpacks…). Upon arrival, check in at the volunteer table in the gym lobby where you will get a name tag and your assignments for the day.
