There are three registrations that can be signed up for:
Walking Dead
The Walking Dead are Zombies who want to walk the course in the opposite direction of the runners. As the Survivors approach the Walking Dead, the Walkers try to steal the flags worn by the Survivors.
WALKING DEAD RULES
Campus streets are NOT being closed for this event. With the exception of crosswalks, the entire course will be on the sidewalks. The University Policy Department will be halting traffic at crosswalks. Do not attempt to cross the street until signaled by the police officer.
Walking Dead will be given, and must wear, red glow stick necklaces during the run.
The Walking Dead begin walking walk at 7 p.m.
Walking Dead walk the course in the opposite direction of runners, which means the Survivors (green glow stick) must pass through the Walking Dead to reach the finish line. When they do, the Walking Dead attempt to one of their health flags. Each Walking Dead may only take ONE health flag per Survivor and are not permitted to backtrack to capture more flags.
Walking Dead will not physically contact any runner except when trying to pull off a health flag. Any grabbing, pushing, striking, or other horseplay between Walking Dead and Survivors will result in being escorted out of the run.
The Zombie that passes the finish line with the most captured flags will win $20 Baybucks.
SURVIVOR
Each Survivor is given a belt with two detachable flags and a two minute head-start before the running Zombies are unleashed. The goal of the Survivors is to finish the race with at least one (1) flag still attached to their belt. Both the Walking Dead and running Zombies will attempt to steal flags.

Survivors make their escape at 7:20 p.m.
Any grabbing, pushing, striking, or other horseplay between Zombies and Survivors will result in being escorted out of the run.
Survivors may not hide the health flags under their clothing, or secure flags in any way. This is cheating, and will result in disqualified.
Even if a Survivor becomes infected, they still finish the run. A Survivor does not become a Zombie if they lose all of their health flags, and cannot steal health flags from other runners. Doing so is a violation of the rules and will result in disqualification and being asked to leave.
Survivors who pass the finish line with at least one health flag, have truly survived the run without becoming infected.
The first Survivor to pass the finish line will win $20 Baybucks.
ZOMBIE
THe running Zombies are releasted two minutes after the Survivors. The Goal of the Zombie is to reach the finish line before the Survivors and steal the Survivors' flags as they pass by. Zombies are not allowed to slow down or backtrack to steal additional flags.
