STRONG is a choreographed and music-driven bootcamp-style workout that incorporates martial arts, body weight exercises, muscle conditioning and plyometric movements (burpees, push-ups, lunges, squats, etc). While the class is physically challenging, all levels are welcome! The choreography will remain consistent throughout the semester in order for everyone to master the class and meet their goals! Held by our very own Kait Roberts.
