The Spread the Word to End the Word event is an international Best Buddies celebration that aims to build awareness to society to stop the use of the R-Word. It is an event that rallies a community together to pledge respect toward all individuals to help make the world a more accepting and inclusive place. At this event, Best Buddies chapter's around the world hold an event to celebrate all individuals with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. This event spreads awareness through speeches, songs, and performances by Quinnipiac students, faculty, and members from our Best Buddies Chapter.
