Event is from 10-1. Focus will be on healthy family living and will include fun activities and valuable information on nutrition, physical activity, safety, healthy practices and resources for good health. This event builds upon our dedication to improving the health of Hamden. Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable athletic clothing to help participate in activities. Volunteers will be designated to help assist with food, activities and to any of the sponsors in need and etc.
