PLEASE NOTE: THE FIRST SHIFT IS FOR A FULL HOUR! Every other shift is a half hour time block, but due to the nature of set up, I kept the first hour as 1 shift. We got a table for the spring involvement fair! We need someone at the table at all times and all of the major information I got is below! Important Information: - Check in begins at 3:00pm, located at the information table. Please aim to have your table setup before 3:45pm. - Each organization will be assigned a zone to setup based on the category of the group. WE ARE IN ZONE 5 "Social and Community Service" - The Engagement Fair starts at 4:00pm and runs until 6:00pm. - Please have your table staffed through the duration of the event. - The main information table with be located near the walkway closest to the main entrance of Burt Khan Court.
