This collaborative effort aims to foster a sense of environmental stewardship while enhancing the beauty and cleanliness of our local neighborhoods. Participating volunteers (whether individual or part of a student organization) will be entered in a chance to receive $500 to go toward an approved initiative or charity of their choice! Participants will meet outside on the Mountainlair green at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 19 to grab supplies like recycling and landfill bags before moving to their assigned cleanup locations. Gloves will be provided to all volunteers and everyone is encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes and bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated! When signing up, please indicate if you are a part of a student group by typing the group name in the "Response Notes" box.
