Banquet will be held at the Gold Room in Towers. Lot 50 is right behind Lyon Tower or you could park at the Alumni Center and walk over. There is also the bus and the PRT that has a Towers stop. The theme is Beauty and the Beast and it will cost $25. The menu is Parmesan crusted chicken with tomato basil cream sauce, Ricotta stuffed shells with marinara sauce, Parsley potatoes, Malibu blend (orange and yellow carrots, cauliflower, broccoli), and Cranberry almond spinach salad: baby spinach, cranberries, green onion, toasted almonds, apple cider poppy seed vinaigrette.
