Retention: that elusive concept that we all talk about, but which is sometimes difficult to define, equate, or plan for. We know how to recruit brothers, but how do we keep them around once they get in? Join us for an in-depth investigation into retention and how your chapter can institute policies, activities, and self-evaluations that can lead to an increase in the amount of members retained by your chapter. After all, we recruit members because we want them to stick around and be engaged. Tune in to learn how to make both of those things happen.
