*Volunteers should meet Tom Harris at the Chapel at 1 PM. They need 6 volunteers to move along the walkers as they are gathering to make short presentations with materials and scripts provided. Tom will train you beforehand so don't worry! Additionally, if you have face painting skills, they need 1 person to help with that as well. Please indicate when you sign up if you want to do face-painting. The Durham CROP Hunger Walk will take place on Sunday afternoon, April 7, starts and ends in the quad in front of Duke Chapel. Usually there are as many as 1,500 walkers and we raise over $150,000 each year to help end hunger both here in Durham and worldwide. The Walk begins at 2:30 PM after the volunteering period and volunteers are welcome to participate if they desire.
