Wellness Wednesday is a series of critical conversations around all facets of health. CSI will be partnering with various campus partners who specialize in these areas to provide their insight and expertise to have those open and respectable dialogues. The final Wellness Wednesday will focus on mental health in relation to family or chosen family. In many communities, mental health is not talked about because of culture or upbringing. This dialogue will support students in how to start those difficult conversations or walk away from them. The space we create is judgment-free and open to all students.
