Mindful Mondays - Shifting our Focus: The Practice of Radical Gratitude & Joy

Date: May 3, 2021 at 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Mindful Mondays is excited to welcome Kathryne E. Noble, M.S. to Cal State LA. An educator, trainer, and advocate, Kathryne currently serves as a National Trainer for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) through the National Council for Behavioral Health and as the Health Educator for Mental and Emotional Well-being & Suicide Prevention at Gonzaga University. The research surrounding gratitude is clear: it can enhance every aspect of our holistic wellbeing. In this workshop, we will explore the concept of gratitude, its connection to mindfulness, and how it can improve our health through the 8-dimensions of wellbeing. Participants will reflect on their own experiences and the role gratitude can play in positively shifting mindsets. Finally, we will discuss the practice of radical gratitude and how it can help empower us to focus on moving forward.
