Once parked, take the stairs/elevator to the walking bridge leading to the hotel (over Figueroa Street). It enters the hotel on the ballroom level. We will give you a parking voucher to cover costs. Report to the Olivera/Melrose Room (noted on the event diagram). You will get a voucher to cover your parking ticket before you leave. Assignments Review the schedule to find your assignment. It is divided into the daytime/set up shift and evening/event shift based on the schedule that Francis sent. First shift volunteers will meet briefly with me/and or the CJF Volunteer Coordinator – Vicky Pedrini in Olvera/Melrose to go over set up details and then deploy to various assignments. Second shift will also meet briefly to discuss the flow of the evening and protocol. Please arrive 15 minutes early at 4:45pm to facilitate this discussion. It’s possible that we may need to make adjustments along the way depending on needs Attire Professional. This will be an elegant evening. Not black tie, but guests will dress up. Wear something that helps you represent us and Lambda Mu in a professional way. Comfortable shoes will also be helpful.
