The Compton Initiative is a non-profit organization founded in 2006 with a 40-year commitment to restore the City of Compton by painting homes, schools and churches on quarterly workdays in partnership with individual volunteers and other organizations. The workday includes painting, cleaning and building great relationships with other volunteers. Light breakfast will be provided. Please dress in comfortable clothes that you won't mind getting dirty in. Yellow Compton Initiative T-shirts are not required, but will be available for purchase of $10 each. Please bring your own bottled water, as we have very limited bottled water. Some worksites have water fountain available. You would need to print out the CSI wavier and have all the people sign it. Messages us for the wavier form. Active Chair: Celine Gee Pledge Chair: Janet Pe
