Los Angeles needs you to roll up your sleeves and get to work! Please join TreePeople's Clarissa Boyajian to care for young trees in beautiful Griffith Park. This section of the park lost many trees due to pests and drought in recent years. In response, TreePeople, in partnership with City Plants, USFS's LA Center, and L.A. Recreation and Parks, planted almost 200 trees in 2016 with the help of volunteers like you. Now we need your help to care for these trees to ensure they continue to shade Angelenos in this park for years to come! What to bring: Please wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, and comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Bring a (reusable) water bottle, snack, hat, and sunscreen. And don't forget your smile! Chair: Anthony Trau Pledge Chair: Kristy Yung *CSI waivers needed*
