The Los Angeles Youth Network (LAYN) provides services to the more than 8,000 youth sleeping on the streets of LA each night. It is their mission to end homelessness one kid at a time. They provide street outreach, food, emergency shelter, clothing, transitional and independent living programs, healthcare and risk reduction counseling, mentoring, educational and enrichment programs and much more. In 2010, LAYN provided 13,393 bed nights. For many of the youth served, LAYN is the only home they know.
