Volunteers will assist in an "arts and crafts project" creating / decorating Halloween Trick-Or-Treat Bags and filling them with candy, toys, and a sealed pre-pasted toothbrush. to give to those ack of means or circumstance, due to homelessness, loneliness, despair, apathy, disabilities, poverty, lack of family, or perceived lack of deservedness.
