Location: UA House at Fayette (10 min drive) Volo City provides kids the opportunity to access play, who often wouldn’t have access to such programs. The foundation provides free youth sports programming where we use play to build communities of active, resilient and confident kids. Come help Volo City and coach flag football for kids ages 5-13. Players should come to each session ready to be active and play! All equipment is provided by Volo Kids Baltimore. First 30 Minutes - Coaches will practice a clinical skill with players Second 30 Minutes - Players will put new skills to work in a refereed game Last 30 minutes - Players will be given a snack and asked to check out You can also help them out with admin staff (checking kids in, temp checks, handing out snacks and water). This is their mid-season, so this is also a great way to come and check them out and what they do, before we offer regular volunteering events with them from April 15 to May! Background checks are required - this is on them but a weeklong process! This is why signups close a week before the event.
