As part of our NSW week, we are doing a large-scale Letters Against Depression event! Come join APO in writing holiday cards and making small index cards and notes to send as "virtual hugs" to those struggling with depression or anxiety. All supplies will be prepared for you! There is no attendance limit to this event, so please come and take part in this annual week-long event.
