"We want to use this event to educate people on the impact of believing misinformation and the dangers associated with it. We also want people to learn more about how to navigate through the internet and spot misinformation when a lot of sources are untrustworthy." Scott Shane, a reporter from the New York Times, will be hosting; anyone interested in journalism is encouraged to attend!
