NSW - Low Impact & Stretching Exercises

As part of NSW, this fellowship will explore and raise awareness of the importance of physical activity for people with diabetes. They may have limited physical abilities because they may experience diabetic neuropathy, which most often damages nerves in your legs and feet. One of the goals is to get at least 150 minutes per week of physical activity. The fellowship will have planned workouts that target certain muscle groups (e.g., legs, arms), yet take into account any special considerations Let’s get to exercising!
