Sign up for some EXTREME core (just normal jumping jacks), along with some BRUTAL LEGS (just normal squats), and OTHER SUPER INTENSE THINGS (actually just normal exercises, please don't leave). Normal: We'll be doing some random calisthenics , (no equipment required exercise) to get limber and (slightly more) in shape. Also so you have an excuse when people ask if you've been staying active. Timeline: It's set for an hour long, but it's not constant exercise.
