Dr. Misti McKeehen will lead APO through an hour crash-course session on personal communication styles and how to adapt your own communication to ensure everyone is on the same page. Most group and interpersonal conflict arises from miscommunications, so how do we as leaders evaluate our communication to be sure we are tailoring and responding in ways to ensure that we can hear each other. Misti will facilitate an introduction to the DiSC Leadership & Communication Styles concepts and give suggestions on how to understand and tailor our own communication for effectiveness.
