Come to this *very* important meeting in order to vote on chapter amendments and next semester's executive board. We need quorum in order to vote so EVERY brother should be attending, and please show up ON TIME! SIDE NOTE: apologies for any confusion and misinformation. You HAVE to be there the whole time to get meeting credit – you either get 0 or 2 credits, no in-betweens. Clear with Amy beforehand if you need to leave early. Only brothers who have completed requirements may vote. If you have 6/8 meetings or more and completed the rest of your requirements, you may vote – you MUST stay the whole time or your votes are invalid. However, inactives and associates may attend elections for meeting credit as well, provided they stay the whole time. Pizza will most likely be provided!
