Hours will go toward serv script not apo credit!!!!! YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day® is the nation’s largest healthy day for kids. It is to inspire families to get in a routine of exercising their bodies and minds. More than 1.2 million parents and children are expected to participate in more than 1,900 free Y community events across the country. Activities throughout the day will get kids moving and learning and motivated families to create a healthier home environment. The Capital Region YMCA will be hosting this free event at the Parkway Family branch on April 25th from 10-1pm. In addition to kid-friendly fitness and activities such as Zumba, we would also like to have various local businesses and organizations join the cause of healthy living for children in our community.
